apunzel Munchkin, the sweetest cat in the world, was born on December 7, 1994, in Queens, New York. Following a period of rigorous training by her older sister, Guinevere, Rapunzel, too, has achieved the status of a Refined Lady--with occasional lapses.
As a native New Yorker, Rapunzel believes that the finer things in life are her birthright. A true gourmet, she especially appreciates good dining and the accoutrements thereof; as an example, she prefers to sip her water daintily from a fine glass. Unfailingly polite, as befits a true lady, she never makes demands on her often incompetent in-house wait staff, but sits patiently at her place setting at scheduled mealtimes.
Rapunzel, who initially was most uncharacteristically displeased by the arrival of a third sister, Scarlett, has become Scarlett's best friend and confidante, almost always ready to join her little sister for an energetic frolic around the living room and a good ear-washing session and gabfest. Rapunzel and Scarlett also like to engage in friendly race competitions, generally in the wee hours of the morning.
Rapunzel's varied interests include eating, arguing with Guinevere, eating, playing with Scarlett, eating, pouncing on invisible mice, eating, sleeping, eating, windowsill sitting, eating, chasing feathers, observing Dulcinea, and eating. But fear not, her vigorous exercise regimen enables her to keep her trim figure.
A multitalented feline, Rapunzel is a dedicated sleep researcher. She has been methodically compiling extensive scientific data on the comfort levels of various surfaces and household objects for the feline population, and expects to publish The Sleep Comfortability Index: Rapunzel's Complete Guide to Boxes, Paper Bags, Clothes, Bookshelves, Dresser Drawers, and More.
Also noted for her sleuthing abilities, Rapunzel is always ready to investigate strange phenomena; she prefers to avoid criminal cases, however, as she finds it almost impossible to be suspicious of anyone. An extremely talented actress without a trace of temperament, the fabulous Rapunzel could someday be starring on Broadway, as her impersonation of a weak and pathetic starving kitty has won great acclaim and many cans of Fancy Feast.
